Systems Expert Proteomics – FGCZ User Lab

Bernd is responsible for label-free proteomics workflows and applications using the Waters-Q-ToF as well as the AB Sciex TripleToF 5600. Together with Claudia Fortes he supports sample pre-fractionation techniques using HPLC and 1D-PAGE. Furthermore, he is involved in the transnational proteomics exchange program PRIME-XS.
