Proteomics and Mass Spectrometry Expert – FGCZ User Lab
Paolo is involved in all the workflows related with high resolution FT mass spectrometry. He is focused on the identification and characterization of post-translational modifications and on the use of Electron Transfer Dissociation (ETD) fragmentation technique. Together with Asa, Peter and Bernd he supports label-based and label-free quantitative workflows.
He is responsible for the separation of proteins and peptides with OFFGEL electrophoresis.
