UZH/ETH - FGCZ - Microarray Service

We offer a comprehensive fee-based gene expression and genotyping analysis starting from samples containg total RNA/genomic DNA. Hybridizations follow standard workflows and are run using Affymetrix Chip and Agilent arrays.

Services for additional workflows and technologies depend on availability of resources and are offered on request only.

If you are interested in microarray services please submit your proposal via the Project Request Tool (PRT).
