Since March 17, 2009 the new service order and sample submission procedure is active. The old pdf sample submission forms should not be used anymore.
The new system requires a one-time registration at http://fgcz-bfabric.uzh.ch/b-fabric/service (Register button on the left frame). A short user manual can be found here. Once registered, you can login into the system at any time to check the status of your order and to download available results.
