Jonas Grossmann

Expert Proteome Informatics

Jonas has solid experience in data mining and integration of proteomics data. He is involved in various quantitative proteomics workflows mainly in the user lab - ranging from experiment design and coaching to evaluating wet lab strategies to complete data analysis including downstream analysis. Additionally, he is also involved in teaching and coordinating teaching activities from the proteomics and mass spec side. Together with Witold, Jonas is involved in "Proteome informatics course" at FGCZ twice a year.
