Senior Mass Spectrometry / Quantitative Proteomics Expert
The Functional Genomics Center Zurich (FGCZ) is a joint state-of-the-art research and training facility of the ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich. With latest technologies and expert support in genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, and bioinformatics, the FGCZ carries out research projects and technology development in collaboration with the Zurich Life Science research community.

User lab offering training and teaching in analytical technologies and data analysis tools & strategies. Project-based access to experimental and data analysis technologies and support. Project application and management is handled by the Project Request tool.

Microarray Service: Project-based (ETH/UZH) and sample-based (external) professional service for fee using microarray technologies.
Next Generation Sequencing Service: Project-based (ETH/UZH) and sample-based (external) professional service for fee using next generation sequencing technologies.
Collaborations for the development of not yet existing analytical or bioinformatics tools and approaches.
