Single molecule interaction studied by using zero-mode waveguide nanostructures: A comparison with surface plasmon resonance

SingleMoleculeInteraction

Internal project p1156 in collaboration with Prof. Landgraf, TU Graz

  •  Model study to investigate the general applicability of single-molecule real-time technology (SMRT by PacBio, CA) for intermolecular interaction studies
  • Determination of kinetic constants at the single-molecule level
  • Investigation of photochemical reactions triggered by dye excitation and followed by intramolecular charge transfer G –> dye*, and consecutive reactions
  • Comparison with data obtained from SPR (Biacore T100)
